In-house aluminium die casting for UFO high-bay housings and flood light bodies. CNC machining for heat sink fins and mounting surfaces. Thermal simulation for each new design.

Zhongshan-made LED lighting for warehouse, retail, and street applications.
Haoguang LED was founded in 2010 in Guzhen, Zhongshan — the district known as China's lighting capital. The company began producing fluorescent tube fixtures for the domestic market, then transitioned to LED luminaires in 2012 as the technology matured and export demand grew.
The 20,000 m² facility integrates SMT assembly, aluminium die casting, driver sourcing and testing, and photometric measurement. The in-house integrating sphere and goniophotometer allow Haoguang to generate LM-79 and IES files without relying on external labs, which reduces the time between prototype and DLC submission.
Certification is a core strength. The company holds UL 1598 and DLC Premium for the North American market, CE for Europe, and SAA for Australia and New Zealand. All LED sources are LM-80 tested and the in-house lab generates TM-21 lumen maintenance projections for every product family.
Sample lead time is 14 days with full photometric data. Production lead time is 28–40 days depending on volume and customisation. Annual capacity is 500,000 units across all product lines. Custom CCT, wattage, and beam angles are available from 200 pieces.
