Offset Printing
4-colour and 6-colour Heidelberg offset presses. Print resolution to 175 lpi. CMYK, Pantone, and spot colour matching. Pre-press proofing with digital colour accuracy to within 2 Delta E.

Corrugated Converting
Rotary die cutting, flatbed die cutting, and flexo folder-gluer lines. E, B, C, and double-wall flute. FSC-certified kraft and white top liner. Auto-bottom, crash-lock, and standard RSC styles.

Rigid Box Making
Semi-automatic rigid box lines for gift boxes, drawer boxes, and hinged lid boxes. 1.5–3mm greyboard with art paper, linen, or leatherette wrap. Corner rounding and ribbon attachment in-house.

Post-Print Finishing
Hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and matte/gloss lamination. Soft-touch and velvet laminates. Window patching and die-cutting. All finishing handled on site for quality control.

Insert and Foam
Custom EVA, EPE, and paper pulp inserts. Die-cut foam inserts for electronics and cosmetics. Flocked and velvet-lined trays. Insert design service included with rigid box orders.

Paper Bag Making
Twisted handle and rope handle bag lines. SOS, pinch-bottom, and luxury constructions. FSC kraft, art paper, and textured board. Reinforced bottom and handle attachment tested to 5kg load.

Dongguan-made packaging for cosmetics, electronics, and premium brands.
Longda Packaging was founded in 2009 in Dongguan, at the centre of China's packaging manufacturing corridor. The company began with corrugated shipping boxes for local electronics factories, then expanded into rigid gift boxes and paper bags as e-commerce and premium retail packaging demand grew.
The 18,000 m² facility houses offset printing, die cutting, laminating, foil stamping, and rigid box assembly. All post-print finishing — hot foil, embossing, spot UV, and soft-touch lamination — is handled in-house, which allows Longda to maintain tight colour and registration control without coordinating multiple subcontractors.
Sustainability is a growing focus. The company holds FSC chain-of-custody certification and offers soy-based inks, recyclable liners, and biodegradable alternatives. BSCI and Sedex audits are passed annually, making Longda suitable for European and North American retail brands with strict supply chain requirements.
Prototype lead time is 7 days from artwork approval. Production lead time is 15–25 days for standard orders. Volume capacity exceeds 50 million pieces per year across all product lines. Custom dieline design and structural optimisation are provided free of charge.

Adds semi-automatic rigid box making for cosmetics and electronics gift packaging. Hot foil, embossing, and spot UV finishing in-house.

Eco-friendly materials
