Vitreous China Forming
High-pressure casting and slip casting for toilets, basins, and cisterns. Computer-controlled plaster moulds with 0.3mm tolerance. Automated de-moulding and greenware handling for consistent wall thickness.

Glazing and Firing
Robotic spray glazing with nano-ceramic coating for stain resistance and easy cleaning. Tunnel kiln firing to 1,250°C with computer-controlled temperature curves. Glaze hardness tested to Mohs 6.

Tempered Glass Production
In-house 8mm tempered glass cutting, edging, and drilling for shower enclosures. CNC glass processing with polished edges and cut-outs. Thermal toughening to EN 12150 and AS/NZS 2208 standards.

Hardware and Fittings
Chrome-plated brass and 304 stainless steel hinges, brackets, and wastes. PVD matte black and brushed nickel finishes available. All hardware salt-spray tested to 48 hours per ASTM B117.

Foshan-made sanitary ware for residential, hotel, and commercial bathrooms.
Kaiwei Sanitary was founded in 2008 in Foshan, the heart of China's ceramic and sanitary ware production region. The company began with vitreous china toilets for the domestic market, then expanded into basins and shower enclosures as export demand grew.
The 20,000 m² facility includes high-pressure casting lines, robotic spray glazing, tunnel kilns, and tempered glass processing. All ceramic production — from clay preparation to kiln firing — is handled in-house, which gives Kaiwei tight control over glaze consistency, dimensional accuracy, and defect rates.
Quality certifications are comprehensive. CUPC approval opens the North American market. WELS certification covers Australian requirements. CE marking covers Europe. BSCI and SGS audits confirm social compliance and factory conditions for major retail buyers.
Export markets include the United States, Australia, and the Middle East. Hotel project experience spans three-star to five-star properties, with custom colours, logos, and packaging available. Mould development for custom shapes takes 25–35 days. Standard product sampling is 20 days from mould approval.
