Physical vapour deposition coating in matte black, satin brass, brushed gold, and rose gold. Salt-spray tested to 720 hours. Vickers hardness HV 2,000+. Consistent across high-volume runs.

Dahua Door Hardware was founded in 2009 in Foshan, which has been China's primary centre for architectural hardware manufacturing for over three decades. The company began producing OEM hinges and handles for domestic builders merchants before turning to export markets in 2013, when the first ANSI/BHMA certification was obtained for its hinge range.
The 16,000 m² facility covers the full hardware manufacturing process in-house: die casting in zinc alloy and brass, CNC machining, electroplating, PVD coating, mechanical assembly, and testing. The in-house salt spray chamber allows Dahua to test to 720 hours without relying on external labs, which reduces the time between product development and shipment for OEM customers.
Certification is a core part of Dahua's commercial proposition. The company is registered with the BHMA product directory for its ANSI-certified lines, CE marked to EN 1906 and EN 1154 for the European market, and certified to AS 4145 for Australia and New Zealand. All certification data sheets and declaration of performance documents are available for download from the CMH product page.
Sample lead time is 15 days. Custom OEM handle designs can be prototyped within 5 days using in-house 3D printing. Production lead time for standard items is 25–35 days; custom tooled items add 15–20 days for tooling approval before production.

First ANSI certification
Achieves ANSI/BHMA A156.1 Grade 1 for the hinge range. Listed in the BHMA product directory. US builders merchant and distribution contracts begin.

PVD line installed
In-house PVD coating line commissioned. Matte black, brushed gold, and rose gold finishes added to the range. Premium residential handle collections launch.

CE marking achieved
EN 1906 and EN 1154 CE marking obtained. UK and European architectural hardware distribution channel opens up.

AS 4145 certification
Australian and New Zealand lockset certification achieved. First container ships to Sydney hardware distributor.
