Laser Cutting
6kW fiber laser cutting for steel, stainless steel, and aluminium up to 20mm. Tolerance ±0.1mm. Nesting software optimises material yield. Rapid prototyping and production volumes on the same platform.

CNC Punching
30-station CNC turret punch with auto tool changer. Hole, slot, and louvre patterns in a single setup. Ideal for perforated panels, enclosures, and chassis with repetitive patterns. Up to 3mm mild steel.

CNC Bending
Multi-axis press brakes with robotic part handling. Bend angles to ±0.5°. Complex profiles with hems, offsets, and radii. Offline programming reduces setup time for prototype and short-run orders.

Welding
MIG, TIG, and spot welding for steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Welding procedure specifications (WPS) available. X-ray and dye penetrant inspection on structural welds. Certified welders per ISO 9606.

Powder Coating
Automated powder coating line with pre-treatment. RAL and custom colour matching. Texture and gloss options. Salt spray testing to 500 hours. RoHS-compliant powders throughout.

Anodising
Sulphuric acid anodising for aluminium panels and extrusions. Black, silver, gold, and blue colours. Hard anodising to 50μm for wear resistance. Laser etching of legends and logos post-anodise.

Mechanical assembly of enclosures, brackets, and chassis. PEM hardware insertion, riveting, and adhesive bonding. Full functional testing and dimensional inspection before shipment.

Shenzhen precision sheet metal for electronics and industrial equipment.
Weichuang Sheet Metal was founded in 2011 in Shenzhen's Futian district, within walking distance of the electronics manufacturing cluster that surrounds Huaqiangbei. The company began as a laser cutting job shop serving local enclosure designers and PCB assembly houses, then expanded into full fabrication as demand for finished parts grew.
The 15,000 m² facility now houses fibre laser cutting, CNC turret punching, multi-axis press brakes, MIG/TIG welding stations, and automated powder coating. Every stage from flat blank to finished assembly is managed in-house, which allows Weichuang to control lead times and quality without coordinating multiple subcontractors.
Certification includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 for automotive customers. The company supplies precision enclosures and brackets to telecom OEMs, medical device manufacturers, and industrial control companies across Europe and North America. DFM feedback is provided with every quotation to help customers reduce cost and improve manufacturability.
Prototype lead time is 7 days from drawing approval. Production lead time for standard parts is 20–30 days. Volume capacity exceeds 2 million pieces per year. Custom colours, finishes, and hardware insertion are all handled on site.

Full fabrication expansion
Adds CNC punching, press brakes, and welding. Moves to 8,000 m² facility to accommodate growing production volumes.

ISO 9001 certification
Achieves ISO 9001 quality certification. Begins supplying precision brackets and enclosures to European telecom equipment manufacturers.
2019
IATF 16949 and powder coat line
Obtains IATF 16949 for automotive customers. Installs automated powder coating line with pre-treatment and colour matching.
2022
6kW fiber laser and 15,000 m²
Upgrades to 6kW fiber laser and expands to 15,000 m². Adds robotic bending and automated hardware insertion for high-volume orders.
