Surface-Mount Technology

High-speed SMT lines with 0201 component capability and ±0.035mm placement accuracy. BGA, QFN, and CSP handling with X-ray verification. Nitrogen reflow for improved solder joint reliability. Lead-free and tin-lead processes available.

Manual and selective soldering for through-hole components. Wave soldering with nitrogen blanket for high-volume runs. Component forming, trimming, and clinching in-house. Mixed technology boards with SMT and TH on the same panel.

Shenzhen-made electronics for consumer, automotive, and medical device makers.

Xinte Electronics was founded in 2015 in Shenzhen, at the centre of the world's electronics supply chain. The company began as an SMT assembly house for local consumer electronics brands, then expanded into DIP, testing, and full box-build as customers requested more integrated manufacturing services.

The 12,000 m² facility houses eight SMT lines, four DIP stations, AOI and X-ray inspection, ICT and functional test areas, and a dedicated box-build assembly zone. All processes are under one roof, which allows Xinte to control quality and lead time without coordinating multiple subcontractors.

Quality certifications cover the full spectrum of target markets. IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 workmanship standards apply to all products. IATF 16949 opens the automotive sector. ISO 13485 covers medical device manufacturing. UL recognition allows products to carry the UL mark for North American safety compliance.

Prototype turnaround is five days from Gerber and BOM approval. Volume production capacity exceeds five million assembled pieces per year. Export markets include the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom, serving IoT startups, automotive Tier 2 suppliers, and medical device companies.

IATF 16949 certification

Achieves IATF 16949 automotive quality certification. Adds selective soldering and conformal coating lines for automotive controller production.

2021

X-ray and AXI inspection

Installs 3D X-ray and AXI inspection systems for BGA and QFN verification. Expands ICT capability with flying probe and bed-of-nails testers.

2023

Turnkey box-build service

Launches turnkey electronics manufacturing service covering BOM sourcing, PCBA, mechanical assembly, testing, and packaging. Full traceability system implemented.
