Huihexin Technology (深圳市汇和芯科技有限公司) was founded in March 2022 in Shenzhen's Bao'an district — the city that sits at the center of the world's most concentrated electronics supply chain. The company was founded by a team of engineers and sourcing specialists who spent a combined 30+ years working within major semiconductor distributors, and identified a clear gap in the market: buyers outside China needed a trusted access point to the growing ecosystem of high-quality domestic Chinese semiconductors, without sacrificing the traceability and support standards they expected from international brands.

The company operates as a Tier-1 authorized distributor for a portfolio of semiconductor brands spanning MCUs, power management ICs, sensors, and connectivity components. Authorization is maintained directly with each brand — not through sub-distributors — which allows Huihexin to provide original factory certificates and full date-code traceability for every shipment, regardless of order size.

Huihexin's domestic substitute sourcing service is its most differentiated capability. As supply chain disruptions have made international semiconductor availability increasingly unpredictable, electronics manufacturers across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe have sought reliable guidance on Chinese domestic alternatives to parts from ST Microelectronics, TI, Infineon, and others. Huihexin's in-house FAE team conducts full pin-compatibility, timing, and software analysis for each substitution, and provides a written technical assessment before the buyer commits to any design change.

The company currently serves buyers in over 15 countries, with particular strength in Canada, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, the UAE, and Hong Kong. Target customers include electronics manufacturers, EMS companies, hardware startups, and independent design houses who need a responsive, technically capable sourcing partner in China.
