Built by sourcing operators,
not a marketplace algorithm.

ChinaMakersHub is the operating front door of Qingxuan International Trading Ltd. — a Hong Kong–incorporated sourcing operator with more than a hundred Greater Bay Area factories in active export rotation. We are not a directory. We are not a marketplace. We are the team that already runs sourcing programs end-to-end, and CMH is the curated subset of those factories we open to direct buyer access.

A Greater Bay Area manufacturing district

An operator, not a platform.

Most B2B sourcing platforms are built by tech teams who treat factories like database entries and buyers like lead-generation prospects. The output is predictable: thousands of unverified profiles, a search algorithm tuned to subscription revenue, and a buyer experience that ends in a generic "your inquiry has been forwarded to the supplier" auto-reply. The buyer never knows whether the factory is real, capable, or even still in business.

Qingxuan International Trading Ltd. started from the opposite end of the problem. We were running export operations for Greater Bay Area factories long before we built a website. Our Foshan operations team walked into manufacturers' workshops, took photographs, met owners, recorded MOQ numbers, audited certifications, and built the kind of qualitative knowledge that does not fit inside a database field. The audit notes are still on paper in a Shunde office drawer. The buyer relationships were closed by phone and WeChat, not by a marketplace algorithm.

ChinaMakersHub is the publishable, navigable surface of that operating relationship. The factories you see on the site are the ones we already export for. The audit dates on the profiles are real visits, not document submissions. The Foshan operations team listed under each factory is the actual team you will speak to when you submit an inquiry. The Hong Kong invoicing entity is the same legal entity that has been clearing orders for the past several years. Nothing on the platform is built on aspiration; it is built on what already runs.

The decision to open the front door

For several years, Qingxuan ran an invitation-only B2B sourcing service for established buyers who came in through referrals. The decision to launch ChinaMakersHub in 2026 was driven by a practical observation: the buyers we wanted to work with — brand-led private-label programs, regional retail chains, growing DTC operators — were increasingly finding suppliers through search rather than through introduction. Without a public front door, we were invisible to exactly the buyers we were best suited to serve. CMH solved that by turning the existing factory network into a curated, navigable, search-indexed catalog.

The reverse problem is equally real: factories we know well, who quietly do excellent work for international buyers, were being out-marketed by lower-tier competitors who could afford to flood Alibaba and Global Sources with profiles. CMH gives our long-term factory partners a publishing channel that respects their actual production positioning, rather than forcing them into a race-to-the-bottom marketplace.

Four things that actually matter.

Most sourcing platforms claim to be different. The differences below are observable on the platform itself — in the audit dates on factory profiles, in the contact information you receive after an inquiry, in the invoice entity, and in the absence of a commission line on any quote. They are not branding promises; they are structural choices we made early and have not departed from.

On-Site Verified

Every factory on the platform was visited in person by our Foshan operations team. We audit the production line for the categories the factory claims to serve (not just the showroom), check the documentation discipline, and review the engineering bench depth. The audit date sits on the factory profile, refreshed at least annually. This is not a document-upload verification model; it is operators walking the floor.

Direct Factory Contact

Inquiries do not get translated through an intermediary. You receive direct contact details for the factory's actual sales and engineering team — email, WhatsApp, WeChat — and you converse with them directly. We stay involved to mediate when issues arise, but the working relationship is yours. The factory knows your name. You know theirs.

$0

Zero Service Fee

There is no commission on quotes, no platform fee on orders, and no transaction percentage routed through us. The price you see in the factory's quote is the price you pay. Our revenue comes from annual workshop subscriptions (the factory pays to be listed), not from your invoice. This eliminates the structural temptation that ruins most sourcing platforms — the temptation to optimise for buyer churn rather than buyer success.

HK

Hong Kong Incorporated

Orders are invoiced and cleared via Qingxuan International Trading Ltd. (CR No. 79771658), banked with DBS Hong Kong. You pay a Hong Kong entity in any of eleven currencies; we handle the upstream RMB payment to the factory. Your finance team gets a clean Hong Kong-domiciled invoice and a single legal jurisdiction (Hong Kong common law) for dispute resolution, rather than dealing with cross-border claims into mainland China directly.

The operational facts.

For buyers who need the structured data before reading the prose: below is the company at a glance. The Hong Kong registration is public on the Hong Kong Companies Registry. The bank relationship is verifiable on request. The Foshan operations footprint is open to in-person visits with prior arrangement.

Why Greater Bay Area, specifically.

We do not claim to cover all of China. We claim to know the Pearl River Delta supply chain better than anyone. The Greater Bay Area — Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan, Guangzhou, with Hong Kong as the financial and logistics endpoint — is the densest, most integrated manufacturing geography in China for the categories we serve: furniture, display and acrylic, electronics, personal care and adjacent consumer goods. A change request on a sample in Shunde can be reviewed and re-cut within the week. A PCB design revision in Bao'an can be flying back to a buyer's office in San Francisco within forty-eight hours. A consolidated container from three factories can clear customs at Yantian or Shekou within two days of the goods leaving the factory floor.

This density is not abstract. It translates into shorter lead times, lower freight, deeper engineering benches, and the kind of supplier-to-supplier relationship that makes complex programs actually deliverable. A buyer running a custom OEM program from a Foshan upholstery factory, who needs an acrylic display piece for the same retail rollout, can have both built and consolidated by partners who already know each other's tolerances. That is the value of clustering. It is also why we deliberately do not chase categories outside the GBA — food, apparel, agricultural machinery — even though they would broaden our addressable market. Depth in one supply chain serves buyers better than breadth across many.
