From cold forging to automotive-grade certification.

Cold Forging
Multi-station cold forging presses from 6T to 400T. Bolts, screws, and specialty fasteners formed at room temperature with grain flow intact. Capacity 200,000+ pieces per day across 50+ machines.

Thread Rolling
Flat die and planetary thread rolling machines for M3–M36 range. Rolled threads offer 20–30% higher fatigue strength than cut threads. Tolerance class 6g standard, 4g available on request.

Heat Treatment
Continuous belt furnace with controlled atmosphere for carburising, through-hardening, and tempering. Hardness verified by Rockwell and Vickers testers. Batch records retained for 10 years.

CNC Machining
Secondary CNC turning and milling for specialty fasteners, anchor bolts, and aerospace components. Tolerances to ±0.02mm. Titanium and Inconel machining capability for aviation orders.

Surface Coating
Zinc plating (blue, yellow, black), Cr3+ passivation, hot-dip galvanising, black oxide, and phosphate. Salt spray testing to 720 hours. RoHS-compliant chemistry on all lines.

Dongguan-made fasteners for automotive, aerospace, and construction.
Xinglong Fasteners was founded in 2008 in Dongguan, at the heart of China's precision manufacturing corridor. The company began with a small cold forging workshop serving local mould makers and machinery builders, then expanded into automotive fasteners after obtaining its first IATF 16949 certification in 2012.
The 28,000 m² facility now houses over 200 cold forging and thread rolling machines, continuous heat treatment furnaces, and automated optical sorting lines. Every stage of production is managed in-house — from wire drawing and cold forging to surface coating and final inspection — which allows Xinglong to maintain tight tolerances and full batch traceability.
Certification is central to Xinglong's value proposition. The company holds IATF 16949 for automotive supply, ISO 9001 for general quality management, and manufactures to DIN, ISO, and ASTM standards. Automotive customers receive PPAP Level 3 submissions with full dimensional and metallurgical data.
Sample lead time is 10 days from drawing confirmation. Production lead time for standard fasteners is 15–35 days depending on size and finish. Custom tooling for specialty fasteners adds 20–30 days. Annual capacity exceeds 500 million pieces across all product lines.

Aerospace-grade titanium fasteners
Develops titanium and Inconel fastener capability for aerospace customers. CNC machining and special heat treatment lines added.

Installs automated optical sorting and laser measurement systems. 100% dimensional inspection on automotive and aerospace batches.
