Round, square, and rectangular tube in mild and stainless steel. TIG and MIG welding to ±0.5mm tolerance. Custom bending, rolling, and profiling in-house.

6kW fibre laser cutting, CNC punching, and press brake forming. Sheet metal furniture components, shelving panels, and enclosures produced to tight tolerance.

Metal furniture specialists in Guangzhou's manufacturing heartland.
Ruijin Metal Furniture was founded in 2010 in Guangzhou's Panyu district, producing steel shelving and display fixtures for domestic retail chains. The factory entered export markets in 2015 through a UK fashion brand commission for garment racks and display gondolas, and has since expanded its buyer base across Europe, North America, and Australia.
The 18,000 m² facility runs continuous steel fabrication, welding, and powder coat operations. The in-house 80-metre powder coat line handles the full production volume without outsourcing — a key advantage for buyers who specify custom RAL colours and need consistent colour matching across large orders and repeat batches months apart.
Ruijin's cast iron production capability is unusual for a GBA factory of this scale. The ability to produce complete cast iron table bases in-house — rather than sourcing from external foundries — gives Ruijin better control over dimensional accuracy and surface finish on what is typically a challenging component. Café furniture buyers in particular find this a meaningful differentiator.
Sample lead time is 12 days from approved drawing. Production runs of 500 units take 28–38 days FOB Guangzhou. Custom powder coat RAL colours are standard pricing on orders over 100 units.
