Built around the corporate buyer's specification process.
Founded in 2012 in Foshan's Nanhai district, Mingde Office Furniture began producing steel storage casegoods for the domestic Chinese corporate market. The company entered export production in 2017 through a supply partnership with a US office furniture dealer, and has since grown into a primary manufacturing partner for corporate fit-out projects across North America and Northern Europe.
The 22,000 m² facility integrates steel fabrication, wood processing, upholstery, and assembly under one roof — a configuration that allows Mingde to produce complete workstation systems without relying on external sub-contractors. For buyers who need matched finishes across desking, seating, and storage, this is a meaningful practical advantage.
Mingde's engineering team is experienced in translating project-specific requirements into production drawings — working from DWG files, PDF drawings, or even rough sketches — and has developed particular familiarity with US BIFMA requirements and European EN 1335 ergonomic seating standards. CARB P2 compliant board is used throughout all panel product lines.
Sample lead time is 14 days from approved drawing. Production runs of 300–1,000 units take 35–42 days. Custom powder coat RAL colours are available at no surcharge on orders over 100 units. FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

Factory founded
Opens a 3,000 m² steel casegood workshop in Nanhai, Foshan, producing filing cabinets and storage towers for domestic corporate clients.
2016
Desking line launch
Invests in laminate processing and frame production. Full desking range launches, including the first height-adjustable desk models for the domestic market.
2017
First export shipment
Partners with US office furniture dealer. First container of sit-stand desks and filing cabinets ships to California. Export production line established.
2019
BIFMA X5.5 certification
Achieves BIFMA X5.5 certification for the full sit-stand desk range. Large US corporate accounts and GSA-adjacent supply channels become accessible.
2021
EN 1335 seating certification
Task seating range achieves EN 1335 CE marking. UK and German corporate fit-out projects begin. Facility expands to current 22,000 m².
