Weather-resistant outdoor furniture from a Zhongshan specialist.
Tianlong Outdoor Furniture was founded in 2015 in Zhongshan, a city with a long manufacturing tradition in garden and outdoor furniture. Beginning with aluminium-frame garden chairs for European garden centre buyers, the factory has since expanded to a full outdoor furniture range including teak, hand-woven PE rope, and commercial hospitality pieces across a 14,000 m² facility.
The facility runs four parallel production lines — teak woodworking, aluminium casting and fabrication, rope weaving, and cushion production — under one roof. This structure means Tianlong can produce complete outdoor sets, including frame, weave, and cushion, without external suppliers, which reduces lead time and quality variability between components within the same order.
82% of production is exported to EU garden retailers, UK outdoor living brands, and hotel and resort operators in Australia and the Gulf. The factory's in-house UV and salt-spray test facility allows it to issue test reports without relying on third-party lab turnaround time, which is particularly useful for buyers who need test documentation quickly for catalogue or retail listing requirements.
Sample lead time is 18 days. Production runs of 100 units take 35–45 days. All aluminium frames are salt-spray tested to 500 hours; UV testing to 1,000 hours is available alongside SGS third-party reports on request.
