On the public record in its own name: ISO 9001 (0070025Q51260R0M, to 2028-04-29), ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (to 2028-07-24), ISO 50001 (to 2028-09-10), a pollutant-discharge permit and twelve patent filings. The company took over the woven-plastics business the group ran as its Jingwei branch since 1999; the parent approved a RMB 233 million expansion at the site in 2023. Stated plainly: the application combines this subsidiary’s name with the branch’s licence number and English name, so the contracting entity should be confirmed in writing; the branch carries a 2017 penalty of RMB 50,000 and four civil cases from 2015–2020; the Shuangxiang trademark owner is unconfirmed; the MOQ of 5,000 was given without a unit; and designations named on the application were declared without documents.
