Chile requires modules to meet IEC 61730 and IEC 61215 and to be authorised by its regulator SEC. Colombia covers PV panels under its RETIE regulation (Resolution 40117 of 2024); certificates issued under the old RETIE lapsed after 31 December 2025. Which HS code applies, and why did quotes change in 2026?
