Pengxin Electronics (佛山市朋鑫电子科技有限公司) is a PCBA and SMT contract manufacturer based in the Shunde district of Foshan, Guangdong — established in 2022 and operating inside the Greater Bay Area's dense electronics supply chain. The company is young as a registered entity, and it competes not on scale but on a specific strength: high-density, fine-pitch assembly.

Its core service is turnkey PCBA — the factory sources the printed circuit board and every component on a customer's bill of materials, assembles the board, tests it, and ships a finished product. This “full material sourcing” model suits overseas buyers who would rather hand over a BOM and a Gerber file than manage component procurement across the Shenzhen and Foshan markets themselves.

On the line, Pengxin places components down to 01005 and 0201 passives and handles BGA, QFN and LGA packages — the package types that demand the most process control. Quality is checked at three stages: solder-paste inspection (SPI) before placement, automated optical inspection (AOI) after reflow, and X-ray inspection for the hidden solder joints under BGA and QFN parts. SMT and DIP lines run together for boards that need both surface-mount and through-hole components, and the factory also offers finished-product assembly, functional test and burn-in.
