Insulated Drinkware

Double-wall stainless steel tumblers from 4 oz espresso cups to 64 oz jugs, plus water bottles, coffee mugs and stackable mugs, from a company registered in Wuyi County, Zhejiang in 2023. An announced Intertek Workplace Conditions Assessment on 27 April 2026 scored the plant 88% overall and recorded 68 staff, 120 machines and a thirteen-step process that includes hydroforming and vacuum sealing on site. Steel grade, retention hours and food-contact test reports are still open.

01What we build

Thirteen steps, one building, one shift.

/ 001

Classic Vacuum Tumblers, 10–64 oz

The core line, shown in the company’s catalogue across 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 25, 26, 30, 35, 36, 40 and 64 oz (300–1,920 ml). Double-wall stainless steel with a tapered base sized for car cup holders. The catalogue gives capacities in both oz and ml but no steel grade, wall thickness or measured retention time — ask for all three.

/ 002

Flip-Straw & Multi-Position Lids

Removable flip-straw spouts described as leak-proof, a two-in-one lid with a sliding seal, and screw-on three-position lids with reusable straws. Lids are the part buyers return most often, so ask for the lid gasket material, whether a drop and leak test was run, and who tools the lid.

/ 003

Water Bottles & Slim Bottles

Narrower bottles from 12 oz to 64 oz, including a slim profile the catalogue describes as cup-holder compatible. Sold into the same reusable-bottle demand that drives the category in Europe and North America.

/ 004

Coffee Mugs, Stackable Mugs & Espresso Cups

Insulated coffee mugs at 12, 14 and 24 oz, a stackable mug with a retracting base for compact storage, and small stackable espresso cups at 4 and 6 oz (120 and 180 ml). The catalogue points these at coffee shops and bars rather than retail.

/ 005

Decoration & Customisation

The catalogue offers internal ceramic spray coating, UV-printed patterns, laser-marked patterns, powder-coated colour, custom accessories and custom packaging. The audit report confirms powdering, laser and printing are steps carried out inside this plant rather than bought in — see the capability below.

/ 006

What Has Not Been Supplied

No steel grade (SUS 304 or 316) for either wall, no wall thickness, no measured hot or cold retention hours, no MOQ, sampling cost or lead time, and no food-contact, BPA or lid-drop test report. The catalogue does carry “BPA free” and “dishwasher safe” claims; both are testable, and neither test is on record. Ask before quoting.

02Capabilities

What the registry confirms, and what stays open.

/ 001

The Whole Vacuum-Flask Chain, In One Building

The Intertek audit of 27 April 2026 lists the production process in the plant’s own words as molding, cutting, sealing, water distention, welding, vacuumizing, polishing, powdering, laser, printing, assembly, inspection and packing — thirteen steps from steel to packed carton. Water distention (hydroforming the body) and vacuumizing (drawing and sealing the vacuum) are the two steps that decide whether an insulated cup actually holds temperature, and both are here rather than subcontracted. Most listings in this category do not say where those two steps happen.

/ 002

An Audited Plant, With the Numbers Written Down

The same report records 68 employees (27 women, 41 men), 120 machines, a stated production capacity of 50,000 pieces a week, and one shift working 8:00–17:30, five days a week. Floor space is about 6,000 m² of land and 11,295 m² of building. These are audited figures with a date on them, not a sales sheet — but note the audit was announced and one man-day, and the capacity figure is the facility’s own statement recorded by the auditor.

/ 003

88% Overall — and Where the Marks Were Lost

Intertek scored the plant 88% overall: Labor 100%, Health & Safety 100%, Management Systems 92%, Wages & Hours 72%, Environment 52%. There were no zero-tolerance and no major findings. The five moderate findings were monthly overtime above the legal limit, incomplete social-insurance enrolment, and three environmental filings the plant could not produce — an environmental impact assessment report, its government approval, and the environmental acceptance check for the construction project. Those three are paperwork for a leased building, not pollution findings, but a BSCI or Sedex buyer will ask for them.

/ 004

Manufacture and Export Both in Scope

The registry read of 2026-09-18 gives the scope in its own words as including 金属制日用品制造 (manufacture of metal household articles), 五金产品制造, 玻璃保温容器制造 (manufacture of glass vacuum containers), 塑料制品制造 and 日用玻璃制品制造, plus 货物进出口 — import and export of goods. The same entity is registered to make the product and to export it, which is not true of every supplier in this category.

/ 005

A Rented Floor in a Shared Building

The registered address is inside another company’s premises, and the audit confirms it: the plant occupies parts of floors 1–4 of one four-storey building leased from the landlord company, with two other tenants — a daily-products maker and a plastic-products works — in the same building. The auditor reviewed the lease and found no shared workers between the tenants. Ask to see the lease term before tooling is paid for, because tooling sits in a building the company does not own.

/ 006

Two Sets of Numbers, Both Public

Two gaps, both checkable by a buyer. First, insurance: the registry records 39 people on social insurance against the 68 the auditor counted on site, and the audit puts numbers on the same gap — of 66 current employees in the March 2026 record, 37 had work-injury cover and 27 had the full pension, unemployment, medical and maternity set. Second, scale: the company’s own Alibaba.com storefront, read on 2026-09-18, states 277 employees, 33,295 m² and 7 years of exporting, against an audit of 68 employees and 11,295 m² and a registry showing the company was formed in February 2023. CMH does not have enough to say which figure describes what; both are recorded here because a buyer who asks for the audit will find the difference without help.

The registry facts — status, scope, capital, insured headcount, former name and the risk record — come from an official registry source read on 2026-09-18. The audit facts come from the full 21-page Intertek Workplace Conditions Assessment report (A5298988) supplied by the company and read by CMH; a WCA is a snapshot of working conditions on one announced audit day, not a product certification and not a membership scheme. The ISO 9001 certificate was sighted; note that it names the company’s former legal name and that the registered, office and production addresses printed on it are marked self-declared and do not match the address the auditor visited. Product descriptions and capacities come from a 20-page catalogue supplied by the company that carries no company letterhead. No product test report, steel grade or retention measurement has been supplied, so none is claimed here.

04About

A vacuum-flask plant that has already been walked through by a third-party auditor.

Senxing is Zhejiang Senxing Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (浙江森行工贸有限公司; English name a translation pending the company’s confirmation), registered on 8 February 2023 in Shuxi Subdistrict, Wuyi County, Jinhua, Zhejiang, with registered capital of RMB 10 million. An official registry read on 2026-09-18 confirms active (存续) status and a scope that names the manufacture of metal household articles, hardware, glass vacuum containers and plastic products alongside the import and export of goods. It was registered under the name 浙江勒川工贸有限公司 until 2026; the credit code has not changed.

It makes double-wall stainless steel vacuum drinkware — tumblers from espresso size to 64 oz, water bottles, coffee and stackable mugs — and decorates them in-house. What separates this listing from most in the category is that an outside auditor has already been through the plant: an announced Intertek Workplace Conditions Assessment on 27 April 2026 scored it 88% overall with no zero-tolerance or major findings, and set down 68 staff, 120 machines, 50,000 pieces a week, and a thirteen-step process that includes both hydroforming and vacuum sealing on site.

What is not on record here: the steel grade, wall thickness and measured retention hours; MOQ, sampling and lead time; and any test report in copy. Its Alibaba.com storefront does list BPA, FDA GRAS, EN 12546 and LFGB against named models, so reports appear to exist — ask for the files. The same storefront states 277 staff and 33,295 m² against the audit’s 68 and 11,295 m², a difference worth resolving before a first order. The audit’s five moderate findings — overtime, incomplete social-insurance enrolment and three missing environmental filings for the leased building — stay open until corrective evidence is shown.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Senxing make?

Double-wall stainless steel vacuum drinkware: tumblers from 10 to 64 oz, water and slim bottles, insulated coffee mugs, stackable mugs and 4–6 oz espresso cups, with flip-straw and multi-position lids. Decoration — internal ceramic spray, UV print, laser marking and powder colour — is done in the same plant.

Is this listing CMH-verified?

Yes, on the registry check: an official registry read on 2026-09-18 confirms active status, a scope that names manufacture of metal household articles and glass vacuum containers plus import and export, and no penalties, abnormal-operation listings or enforcement records. CMH has also read the full Intertek audit report. The verification does not cover steel grade, retention performance or any product test report — none has been supplied.

Why do the certificates show a different company name?

The company was registered in February 2023 as 浙江勒川工贸有限公司 (Zhejiang Lechuan) and changed its name to 浙江森行工贸有限公司 (Zhejiang Senxing) in 2026; the latest registry approval is dated 1 July 2026. The credit code — 91330723MAC8J5JA67 — is unchanged, which is what ties the two names to one legal person. The ISO 9001 certificate (December 2025) and the Intertek audit (April 2026) both predate the change and carry the former name. Ask for reissued documents in the current name, and check the credit code rather than the name on anything you are shown.

The ISO certificate gives a different address. Which one is the factory?

The auditor visited No.6 Nanheng Road, Shuxi Subdistrict, Wuyi County — the same address as the business licence. The ISO 9001 certificate instead prints a development-zone equipment park address, and marks the registered, office and production addresses on it as self-declared, meaning the certification body recorded what the applicant stated. Treat the audited address as the production site and ask the company to explain, and correct, the address on the certificate.

Are there other companies at the same address?

Yes. The building is leased from a landlord company and the auditor records two other tenants in it, a daily-products maker and a plastic-products works, with no shared workers between them. Separately, a product catalogue supplied to CMH is headed with a different company name that is separately registered at the same street address under its own credit code (91330723MABN1U304T). That catalogue is not treated as this company’s and nothing from it appears on this page. Before ordering, confirm in writing which legal entity quotes, signs and invoices, and match the credit code on the contract to the one on this page.

The Alibaba storefront says 277 staff. The audit says 68. Which is right?

CMH cannot say, and does not pick one. The Intertek auditor counted 68 employees on site on 27 April 2026 and recorded about 11,295 m² of building; the company’s own Alibaba.com storefront, read on 2026-09-18, states 277 employees, 33,295 m² and 7 years of exporting, while the registry shows the company was formed in February 2023. A storefront profile is self-published and is not checked by anyone. Ask the company which figure covers which entity or which building, and treat the audited numbers as the ones with a third party’s name attached.

Does the company have food-contact test reports or not?

Its Alibaba.com storefront lists BPA, FDA GRAS, EN 12546 and LFGB against named models, so reports of some kind appear to exist — EN 12546 is the European standard for vacuum flasks and is the right one for this product. None has been supplied to CMH, so the scope, the laboratory, the dates and the company name printed on them are all unverified and nothing is claimed on this page. Ask for the PDFs for the exact model you are buying, and check that the name on them matches the current registered name.

What food-contact approvals does insulated drinkware need?

It depends on the destination, and none of it is a single certificate. For the United States, food-contact materials must comply with the FDA’s rules — the FDA does not issue a certificate or approve factories, so a supplier claiming an “FDA certificate” is describing a test report, not an approval. For the EU, framework regulation (EC) 1935/2004 and good-manufacturing-practice regulation (EC) 2023/2006 apply, stainless steel parts are commonly assessed against the Council of Europe metals and alloys guidance, and any plastic lid or straw falls under (EU) 10/2011; German buyers usually ask for LFGB testing. Japan operates a positive list for metal and resin food-contact parts. Ask for the test report, in the current company name, for the exact material and part — body, lid, gasket and straw are tested separately.

Does an insulated tumbler need CE marking?

No. CE marking applies to product groups covered by specific EU directives and regulations — a plain stainless steel vacuum tumbler with no electronics is not one of them, and food-contact compliance under (EC) 1935/2004 is not shown by a CE mark. If a supplier offers you a CE certificate for an unpowered tumbler, that is a sign to look harder at the rest of the paperwork rather than a reassurance.

What should I ask before a first order?

The steel grade of both walls with a mill certificate; measured hot and cold retention hours and how they were tested; a food-contact test report for your market, in the current company name, covering body, lid, gasket and straw; MOQ, sampling cost and lead time; the corrective-action evidence for the five moderate audit findings, especially the three environmental filings; and the term of the building lease if you are paying for tooling.

Talk to Senxing Insulated Drinkware directly.

Tell us the shape and capacity you want (classic tumbler, flip-straw, slim bottle, coffee or stackable mug), the decoration — internal ceramic spray, UV print, laser mark or powder coat — your destination market and quantity. Ask for the steel grade of the inner and outer walls, measured hot and cold retention hours, MOQ, sampling and lead time, and a food-contact test report issued in this company’s current registered name. None of those is on record here yet.
