Nobody buys an enclosure for the enclosure. It is bought to hold something expensive still, dry and earthed — and it is judged on the day a door will not shut on a rack full of switchgear. These suppliers work to your drawing: laser-cut, punched, bent, welded and finished steel, stainless and aluminium for server and network racks, control and distribution cabinets, outdoor and charger enclosures, chassis and instrument housings. Because it is build-to-print, almost nothing about the price is visible in a photograph. Send the drawing with material grade and thickness, the general tolerance standard, weld class, the finish system and film thickness, the ingress rating you need and whether it must be tested rather than declared — and ask who owns the tooling before the first run.

Build-to-print sheet metal and welded structures from Qingxian, Cangzhou, Hebei — server and equipment racks, machine guarding, control and distribution cabinets, outdoor cabinets, EV-charger enclosures and chassis, in steel, stainless and aluminium (USCC 911309227302680683, founding year 2001 stated). MOQ 500 pieces, sampling 10, production 25 (stated; the two lead times are bare numbers on the application and read as days). Listing status: the corporate-registry read has not been run, so no CMH Verified stamp — only the credit-code check digit and its 130922 Qingxian prefix have been checked. ISO 9001, SGS, CE, REACH, Proposition 65, a foreign-trade right and an export filing were declared but no documents were sighted. Published on the page: the registered address (a village in Machang town) and the stated place of business (inside another company’s compound in the Qingxian development zone) are different places, and the website field was left blank although an indexed site exists that did not load at review.

Published on the page: the stated address is the third floor of an SME park building — goods lift, largest cabinet that can leave that floor assembled, and where busbar is fabricated are all still to be confirmed.
