Registration you can check — and what to ask for next.
Machinery heading to the EU or the US is certified per model, not per company — CE under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for Europe, plus food-contact and electrical rules that vary by market. GanYun does not currently hold EU or US market-entry product certificates on file with CMH, so if your market requires one, raise it at inquiry stage and confirm which of the two entities will hold the certificate. Whatever document you are shown, check three things on it: the issuing body, the holder name, and the validity date. ChinaMakersHub does not restate a supplier’s certificate validity on its behalf — we tell you what to ask for.
A Ganzhou plant with a trading front door.
GanYun operates through two companies under the same ownership. The factory is Jiangxi Ganyun Food Machinery Co., Ltd., incorporated in 2014 with RMB 10 million registered capital at the Pingfengling Road plant in Ganzhou’s Economic and Technological Development Zone — and its predecessor machinery factory was registered at the same address back in 2012. Overseas sales run through Jiangxi Deshao Trade Co., Ltd., an affiliated export company established in 2023. Both trade under the GanYun (“赣云”) brand, which is a registered trademark in China.
That factory-plus-export-arm split is common in Chinese machinery and worth understanding rather than glossing over. The Ganzhou plant keeps machining, assembly and line integration in one place; the trading company handles quoting, customs and export paperwork. For a buyer the practical question is simply which entity signs your contract, issues your invoice and appears on any product certificate — ask early, because the answer shapes your documentation.
The range covers nine product lines: meat pre-processing, chopping and tumbling, sausage making, meatball beating and forming, fruit and vegetable processing, aquatic product machinery, rice and flour equipment, food packaging and central-kitchen zones. More than 2,900 SKUs are listed on the company’s Made-in-China store, where it holds Diamond Member and Audited Supplier status. Stated monthly output is up to 200 units or sets, sampling runs 7–15 days, and listed lead times are within 15 workdays off-season against about one month in peak season.
Where the plant earns its keep is complete lines. A typical meatball project runs grinding, beating, forming and cooking as one flow — reference configurations are rated around two tonnes per batch — and sausage, pre-cut-vegetable and prepared-food lines are laid out to the buyer’s floor plan. Typical buyers are meat and seafood processors, meatball and sausage plants, fresh-cut produce centres, central kitchens and prepared-food makers, with target markets across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Oceania.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does GanYun Food Machinery manufacture?
GanYun builds food processing equipment across nine product lines: meat pre-processing (grinders, slicers, frozen-meat flakers, bone saws, bone-paste mills, poultry and snail machines), chopping, mixing and tumbling machines, sausage filling and linking equipment, meatball beaters and forming machines, complete meatball and fish-ball production lines, fruit and vegetable cutters and washers, aquatic product processing machines, rice and flour equipment, food packaging machines and central-kitchen zone equipment. Single machines and turnkey lines are both available.
Who signs the contract — the factory or the trading company?
There are two entities under the same ownership. Manufacturing is done by Jiangxi Ganyun Food Machinery Co., Ltd. at its plant on Pingfengling Road in the Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone; the limited company was incorporated in 2014 and its predecessor machinery factory was registered in 2012. Overseas sales are handled by the affiliated export arm Jiangxi Deshao Trade Co., Ltd., established in 2023. Ask which entity will appear on your contract, invoice and any product certificates before you place an order.
Does the equipment carry CE or other market-entry certifications?
Machinery sold into regulated markets is certified per model, not per company — for the EU that means CE under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC plus food-contact and electrical rules that vary by market. GanYun currently has no EU or US market-entry product certificates on file with ChinaMakersHub, so if your market requires one, raise it at inquiry stage and confirm which entity will hold the certificate. For any certificate you are shown, check the issuing body, the holder name and the validity date on the document itself.
What are the MOQ, price range and lead times?
Single machines are listed from one unit up on the company’s Made-in-China store, with FOB prices roughly between US$560 and US$17,300 depending on model and size; complete lines are quoted per project. Sampling takes 7–15 days. Stated production lead time is within 15 workdays off-season and about one month in peak season. Confirm current pricing and lead time through ChinaMakersHub when you send your specification.
Can GanYun build a complete meatball or prepared-food line?
Yes. Complete lines are a core part of the business: a typical meatball line runs grinding, beating, forming and cooking, with 2-tonne-class reference configurations shown in the product gallery. Lines for sausage, pre-cut vegetables and prepared food are laid out to the buyer’s plant drawing. Share your target output per shift and floor plan through ChinaMakersHub to get a layout and a quote.
