Longrun Printing Machinery (深圳市龙润彩印机械设备有限公司) was established in 2009 in the Longgang district of Shenzhen. For over a decade and a half the company has built UV and digital printing machines under its own Longrun (龙润) brand, from a 40-person engineering and assembly team that turns out roughly 300 machines a year.
The product range covers three families. UV flatbed printers — led by the 2513 model with Ricoh Gen-6 printheads on a magnetic-levitation motion system, and Seiko-head high-clearance machines for thick and three-dimensional objects — print directly onto rigid sheet, board and finished parts. Corrugated-carton digital presses let box factories print straight from a file with no plate-making, from a single carton upward. Cylindrical UV printers wrap full-colour graphics around bottles, tumblers and tubes.
What ties the range together is the digital, plate-free workflow. Because there is no film, screen or plate to prepare, a run of one is as practical as a run of thousands, ink cures instantly under UV, and the same machine can print on acrylic, glass, metal, wood, PVC, leather and board.
