H/T-Beam Production Lines
Two complete lines. The fully automatic ZHENYUE line (model ZMD-HZL-15) assembles, welds, turns and straightens H and T beams in one pass: web height 200–1,300 mm, flange width 200–600 mm, beam length 6–15 m, travel speed 400–3,000 mm/min. The semi-automatic HANSHAN line pairs two 3-in-1 machines with a turnover and tack-welding station and takes webs up to 1,600 mm and flanges up to 800 × 40 mm.
3-in-1 Assembly-Welding-Straightening Machine
Combines the assembly machine, gantry welder and straightener in one frame; the brochure puts its footprint at about a third of a conventional three-machine line. Four versions (ZMD-HT-16 and ZMD-HT-18): web height up to 1,800 mm, web 6–30 mm, flange 200–800 × 8–40 mm, length 6–15 m, about 125 kW including two 1,250 A welding sources, 380 V 50 Hz. The company’s own site publishes an FOB price range of USD 37,000–55,000 (July 2026).
Welding: Multi-Arc Welders and Robots
1,250 A multi-arc welders with three to six arcs, claimed to weld webs under 18 mm without bevelling (and under 25 mm with the K-TIG model); a robotic riveting-and-welding line for beams of 4–20 m on a 39-axis control system; and a six-axis welding-robot workstation that reads weld seams from Tekla or SolidWorks models without teach-pendant programming.
Cutting: Beam Laser, Plate Laser, Flame and Plasma
A beam laser cutter for H-beams and channels up to 1,200 × 500 mm (cutting, holes, copes and bevels from Tekla NC1 files); fibre-laser plate cutters of 6–30 kW on 2.6 or 3.2 m beds up to 28 m long; a combined laser-and-flame cutter; and CNC flame / plasma gantries cutting 6–150 mm by flame.
Box Girders, Drilling, Milling and Blasting
U-beam and box-girder assembly machines for sections of 300 × 300 to 1,500 × 1,500 mm, submerged-arc box-girder welders, gantry electroslag welders, end-milling machines, 3-D and plate CNC drills, a flange straightener (8–100 mm) and roller shot-blasting machines to Sa2.5 for workpieces up to 1.5 × 2.5 × 18 m.
Painting, Fume and VOC Treatment, Warehousing, Wall Panels
Roller-conveyor and chain painting lines with 3-D part scanning, robot spray booths, a regenerative catalytic VOC unit (10,000–60,000 Nm³/h), a 30,000 m³/h welding-fume collector, an automated steel warehouse with 10-tonne lifting AGVs, and two lightweight wall-panel production lines. A separate division sells heavy-steel prefabricated villas (ZhiHuiShu).

The company registry was read on 2026-09-28: 智迈德股份有限公司, credit code 91370700077983463K (check digit passes, 370700 = Weifang), registered 2013-09-11, status active, a non-listed joint-stock company. Registered capital RMB 110 million, of which RMB 24.45 million is paid in; 168 people on social insurance. The scope covers R&D, design, production, sales and repair of intelligent automation equipment and the import and export of goods and technology. Former names: Shandong Zhimaide CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. and Zhimaide Co., Ltd.
Honours, at the Level Actually Awarded
A national-level Specialised and Sophisticated ‘Little Giant’ award from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (August 2022), shown as a plaque in the brochure and listed in Weifang’s official announcement of that year’s intake; the title is reviewed every three years and the latest review result was not read. The ‘single-champion manufacturer’ plaque is Shandong provincial (November 2023), not national, and the ‘hidden champion’ plaque is issued by Weifang city. The registry carries the high-tech-enterprise tag.
CE and ISO 9001 Claimed, Not Sighted
The brochure and the English website state ISO 9001 certification and EU CE certification. No certificate, number, certification body or model coverage was shown. For machinery sold into the EU, CE marking rests on a Declaration of Conformity for each machine type; ask for the declaration and the technical file for the exact model you are buying.
No Named Export Project for the Lines
The English website says the equipment has been ‘sold to 30+ countries’ and the brochure says more than 10,000 machines and lines have been placed in China and abroad. The eight projects shown on the website are all prefabricated steel villas; no production-line installation outside China is named by country, customer or year. Ask for one reference plant you can contact or visit.
Numbers That Do Not Add Up
The brochure claims ‘nearly 1,000’ intellectual-property grants, while its own breakdown (65 invention and PCT patents, 120 utility models, 28 designs, 196 software copyrights) sums to 409. It describes 15+ years of R&D in one place and ten years in another, for a company registered in 2013. A few specification pages also disagree with the text beside them. Ask for the current technical agreement, which the brochure itself says takes precedence.
Court and Registry Record
The registry shows nine own-risk items — hearings, judgments (including labour disputes) and a filing, with the company as plaintiff in some and defendant in others — and two past listings for late annual reports, both since removed. Most of the 32 surrounding-risk items relate to one corporate shareholder. For a large equipment contract, write acceptance tests, payment milestones and warranty terms into the agreement.
