Hardware &
Tools

A machined part is judged in three places: the drawing, where the tolerance and the datum scheme say what the part must actually hold; the shop floor, where the machine, the fixture and the operator decide whether it holds it batch after batch; and the measuring room, where a first-article and a CMM report turn “it looks right” into something you can file. These workshops mill, turn, grind and wire-cut precision parts, mold components, fasteners and hand tools across the Greater Bay Area. Because most shops here subcontract part of the work, ask two questions before the first order: which operations run in-house and which go out, and who signs the inspection report — the answers, not the machine list, are what make a second order predictable.
